15th Annual LRT Men's NCAA Pool - Web Entry Form

THE RULES

The Living Room Times basketball pools are free to enter. The winner will get a t-shirt or equivalent prize via CafePress, and more importantly, bragging rights among his or her peers, and a place in the storied history of the LRT pools! One entry per person, please.

Here are the complete rules. I highly recommend that you read them all before entering.

The most important rules are: 1) all contestants MUST provide a valid e-mail address (it will not be made public); and 2) anonymous, psuedonymous, first-name-only, etc., entries are NOT allowed. Please enter with your real first and last names if at all possible. Details and a full explanation are on the rules page. If you have any questions, or if this rule poses a serious problem for you, please contact me at irishtrojan [at] gmail.com.

With regard to the other fields below (school affiliations, where you live, etc.), I don't need all of the information from everybody, but I need some information from everybody, so you aren't just an unknown name. Basically, I want to have some meaningful way of identifying you in pool updates. But a full biography is not required. :)

Failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification from the pool. Agian, please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks and good luck!
